Last minute strings

After languishing in a box for months,
yesterday a pile of diagonal string blocks
made by my guild 
and supplemented by me
became 20 diamond blocks
each finishing at 12 inches.
Just some sashing and borders and then they're a flimsy!

    A lovely scrap quilt in the making! I have a stack of string blocks that need to become a flimsy, too. I love string quilts. I need to bump this up my list and play with the pretty string blocks. Thanks for sharing and inspiring ... :) Pat
