No one's posted here for a while so I thought I'd add this since it's sort of a string quilt. This is probably the sixth baby quilt I've made in this style. Just find a four-letter-word and go. The words are made of Chinese Coin sets; at least that's how I think of them.
Our niece chose an adorable wallpaper/mural for the baby's room that has a row of stylized deer, fox, bear, and rabbit in approximately these colors.

There are quite a few browns in my stash but I had to work to soften them. Now the C looks like weathered wood.
More information on my blog.

I'm pleased you've posted Camp here Ann, I see that I was the last post in May 2021 and now I can't remember if I actually responded to all the folk who commented, I do hope I did!!
Very clever. I had to look a bit to see what the quilt was about, but that makes it fun and a conversation starter !
Ann, I have so enjoyed your four letter baby quilts! I need to make one for my daughter. She and her fiance are called by their initials, “AJ” and “JT”. If I put AJ on top line and JT on bottom, it will read their “names” both ways. So you see, I just HAVE to make them one! Thank you for the inspiration!
