Stringy and scrappy finish

Transitions
50 by 60 inches
machine pieced and quilted

I think I've posted about this quilt made from strings and little scraps before,
but I finished it this week.
Check out my blog post here to read more.

How are the rest of you doing stringing along?

Brenda, I love this quilt! I follow V at 15 Minutes Play (and I follow your blog) and enjoyed the blocks that the participants made for each other. It's amazing how well your requested blocks came together for such a cheerful quilt.Maybe I can try something similar for myself. Thanks for sharing your work with your readers.

What a beautiful quilt! It's perfect without the lime green sashing. Congratulations.

I just found your blog; I totally LOVE this quilt...I really like making scrappy string-ey quilts, too. Am now working on BH's scrappy rectangles on paper. Love the idea of moving from one color to the other across the street (LOL)...Thanks for posting this...hugs, Julierose

I LOVE this quilt. I love the random quality of the piecing and the colors are so beautiful. What a nice job. And I love scraps so much.
