Hi all! Anyone else out there still working on string projects? It's been quiet here this year.

I enlarged my version quite a bit,
and rearranged the order of the sections.
Mine is about 50" x 70".
Any plans for strings next year?

Yes I am still making string quilts. Something from next to nothing is fabulous.
I still love strings! I completed one that I have gifted. I have another layered that I am doing big stitch quilting on and two others that are flimsies/tops. I plan to finish those two in January. AND I plan on doing another as part of the annual RSC for 2020.
I love strings - but this year I've been working off the stash with the accumulation of larger strips (still using many of the string piecing approaches). Hope to have some actual string things to share next year.
I've been wanting to do a string pieced star for a pillow top for some time. AND I just found the book that the pattern is in! YEA!
